Information Technology Systems Analyst

Responsible for five team members and task completion. Deployed to Iraq and worked as third shift leader for help desk.

• Worked as replacement Platoon Leader, responsible for over 20 individuals

• Served as the Signal Support Systems Administrator responsible for development and implementation of initial and sustainment training for a high level executive directorate with over six major statewide subordinate elements encompassing over 5,000 remote and local users
• Planned, implemented and managed telephone, local area networks and wide area networks, computers, servers, information assurance and helpdesk systems for the United States Army National Guard
• Developed and integrated new systems capabilities as required
• Interfaced with external communications agencies to integrate into higher organizational communication networks
• Managed and deployed Microsoft Server based Battle Command Systems

• Managed up to two other personnel, task completion and assets in the place of higher management when they were not available
• Monitored livestock ensuring that issues such as sick cows and injuries were resolved in a timely, efficient, safe and cost saving method.
